Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the financial services domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and hands-on experience in managing complex technology, regulatory, or business transformation projects in banking, fintech, or insurance environments.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget, while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across multiple concurrent financial services projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, compliance, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and report project status to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant financial regulations, data privacy laws, and internal audit requirements.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all project participants.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied.
