Job Purpose

Manage and grow Post paid Base and Revenue and deliver share growth .

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

• Deliver Base growth as well as Revenue outcomes as per DB.
• Deliver NPS leadership for Post paid consumers.
• Drive preference to win incremental share from Post paid consumers in the category – MNP.
• Aid Sales to drive incremental; new adds thru strong GTM deployment.
• Understand consumer trends and competition landscape to aid insights and proposition development.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

Consumer Marketing experience with Sales and Distribution - Should have managed a sales Territory.

MBA from a tier 1 / 2 school is essential with 2 – 5 years of experience
