🚀 Key Responsibilities :

Ensure all tests comply with buyer requirements and international standards (AATCC, ISO, ASTM, etc.).

Manage color evaluation, shade approval, and fabric performance reports.

Maintain lab equipment calibration and ensure timely maintenance.

Prepare and present lab performance reports and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree in Textile / Apparel Technology or related field.

5+ years of experience in a garment or textile testing lab (preferably export-oriented units).

Familiarity with lab accreditation requirements (e.g., ISO / IEC 17025).
