What You’ll Own

As a BDE, you’ll get hands-on exposure to all tasks related to Business Development, including :

1. Market Insights – Conducting research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach – Reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and networking.

3. Client Understanding – Doing discovery calls to understand client needs.

4. Business Enablement – Supporting in proposals, presentations, and reports.

5. Client Engagement – Handling client-facing conversations under guidance.

6. Process Management – Keeping records updated in CRM systems.

7. Relationship Building – Learning how to nurture relationships and contribute to business growth.

What Sets You Apart

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Prior internship in sales / BD is a plus, but not mandatory.
