About the Role

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a team environment and enjoys building strong relationships. You will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Responsibilities

Own the entire proposal process : identify customer needs, develop win themes, and deliver complete proposals.

Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends & developments.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth communication with clients.

Support sales operations with strong organizational & administrative skills.

Maintain and update the database to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Welcoming Freshers & Experienced Professionals

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Language Requirement

Proficiency in English + any 1 regional language (Hindi,Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Marathi).

Compensation

₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (0-3 Months Experience)

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (4 Months & Above Experience)
