Our U.S.-based brokerage division is expanding, and we’re hiring experienced Freight Brokers who want to grow their book of business with the backing of a full-service logistics powerhouse.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Prospect and secure new shippers using Google Maps, Apollo, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Cold call, email, and network to build strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
• Manage daily freight operations — from pickup to delivery — ensuring smooth execution and communication.
• Build and maintain a reliable carrier network for consistent service quality.
• Update all shipment details and documents in company systems.
• Track your KPI performance and meet / exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work with DAT, TMS, and CRM platforms for quoting, tracking, and client management.
