• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods solutions to support business processes and integration requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that meet business needs
• Develop technical specifications, test plans, and implementation plans for SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods projects
• Implement and maintain integration services, adapters, and connectors using Oracle SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods solutions
• Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and policies related to Oracle SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods development
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Oracle SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods solutions with other enterprise systems and applications
• Strong understanding of SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods architecture, principles, and best practices
• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c or later, Oracle SoftwareAG webMethods, and Java / JEE technologies
• Experience with JCA, web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and SOAP / REST protocols
• Experience with FTP, FILE, JMS, DB, Salesforce etc adapters in SOA and good understanding of flow, port, JDBC.
• Experience with database technologies, including SQL, PL / SQL, and Oracle databases
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Overall, an Oracle SOA, SoftwareAG webMethods developer with 8 or more years of experience should have a deep understanding of Oracle SOA and SoftwareAG webMethods technologies, as well as the ability to design and develop complex integration solutions that meet business needs. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers.
