Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Architect & Development Lead to design, develop, and manage large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies, software architecture, code review, and leading development teams. This role also demands strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications.

Define best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, execution, and delivery.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

15+ years of experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API).

Proven expertise in software architecture and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred).

Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular / React preferred).

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).

Experience in project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect or similar certifications.

Experience in microservices architecture.

Exposure to data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
