Job Title : Implementation Manager, Client support
Location : On-site at HYDERABAD - WFO

Reports to : VP - Product Engineering
- Client Support and Issue Resolution : Provide timely and efficient support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving software-related challenges. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for product functionality, features, and best practices. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Training and User Enablement : Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of the analytics software solution. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support user enablement and adoption. Continuously enhance training programs based on client feedback and evolving needs.
- Data Insights and Consultation : Proactively analyse client data and provide insights, recommendations, and actionable intelligence to drive value and support client objectives. Collaborate with data analysts and domain experts to interpret data and deliver meaningful reports and visualizations that empower clients to make informed decisions.
- Account Management and Renewals : Monitor client usage, engagement, and satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs. Collaborate with sales teams to drive renewals and ensure client retention. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track key account metrics.
- Industry Knowledge and Market Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in healthcare analytics. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position our software solutions effectively. Share market insights with internal teams to drive product enhancement and innovation.

Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.10-12 years of proven experience in RCM client services, account management, or customer success in an RCM healthcare or software company.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, its challenges, and regulatory landscape.Familiarity with healthcare analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to address client needs and challenges.Proficient in providing software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Experience working in a product-driven company is highly desirable.Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to clients.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and success.Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments.Attention to detail, follow-up, and accuracy in documentation and client communications.Key features include :
