Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analytics Leadership : Lead advanced analytics initiatives focused on predictive and demand forecasting, market mix modelling (MMM), and business insights.
• Sales Forecasting : Leverage historic sales data across geographies (Pan-India) to build accurate sales prediction models for the current financial year.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive data-backed decision-making.
• Data & Insights Presentation : Convert analytics outcomes into meaningful dashboards and reports for business consumption.

The Successful Applicant

Technical Skill Requirements

• Analytics Tools : Proficient in Power BI / Tableau
• Cloud : Microsoft Azure and / or AWS
• Data Engineering : Strong foundation in data preparation, transformation, and management
• Statistical Modelling : Hands-on experience with predictive modelling, demand forecasting, and MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience : 8+ years in analytics roles, preferably within FMCG, Pharma, or Retail industries (can refer to allied industries
