Role : Sales Operations Intern

The Sales Operations Intern is primarily responsible for leading Lead Generation, Lead Management and Reporting operations for SaaS and tech companies

Responsibilities

• Define buyer persona, discovery checklist
• Draft and iterate the email & cadences
• Research and pre-qualify prospective client organisations using Sales Navigator, , Zoominfo, etc
• Identify decision-makers and key influencers for outbound prospecting, draft outreach messages
• Reach out to identified prospects through and other channels as required
• Followup with interested prospects through various channels, including , Emails, Chats etc
• Data validation, cleanup, reporting & dashboards using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot etc
• Daily reporting on outreach, conversion and demo calls scheduled
• Update CRM with outreach and lead enrichment data, as required
• Lead funnel exception reporting and Insights
• Create documents in MS excel, Word and PPT as per requirements
