As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll work closely with our customer success and content teams. Your role will center around supporting clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get maximum value from our HRTech solutions , while also contributing to research and content operations that enhance our product.You’ll gain firsthand experience in how assessment platforms create impact for clients, how feedback translates into product improvements, and how customer success drives adoption and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside the customer success team to understand client needs and hiring challenges.
- Support clients in selecting the right assessments for their roles and guide them through best practices.
- Participate in client check-ins, demo calls, and feedback sessions.
- Track, analyze, and summarize client feedback to improve assessment quality and user experience.
- Collaborate with the product / content team to translate customer insights into actionable improvements
- Research industry job roles, required skills, and hiring trends to strengthen client conversations.
- Assist in curating assessments by coordinating with SMEs and content creators.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s (preferably in Computer Science or related fields).Strong communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.Ability to research and summarize industry / job trends effectively.Comfortable using tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate drafting and client support tasks.Basic understanding of recruitment processes or psychometrics is a plus.Familiarity with technical / coding concepts is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Interest in HRTech and willingness to take on cross-functional responsibilities.
