About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Present and promote products / services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver client requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
Knowledge of sales / CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Staffing, Digital Marketing.
Ability to manage both domestic and international clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design. Proficiency in design software / tools : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Figma / Adobe XD (for UI / UX design) Canva (for quick designs) Knowledge of motion graphics & video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is a plus. Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines.
