Qualifications & Requirements

Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory).

First Class at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree level in Pharmacy.

Teaching and research experience , including at least

1-2 years at the level of Assistant Professor .

Significant record of research publications in SCI / Scopus indexed journals.

Experience in guiding doctoral research scholars.

Strong academic leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmacy and related specializations.

Guide Ph.D. scholars and supervise research projects.

Develop and update curricula to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed, peer-reviewed journals.

Secure research funding and collaborate with national / international institutions and industry partners.

Contribute to departmental administration, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.

Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences to enrich academic exposure.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior faculty and students.
