Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified

Assistant Professor

with expertise in

both Housekeeping and Front Office Operations

to join our Hospitality faculty. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to conduct

theoretical and practical classes , and a passion for shaping the next generation of hospitality professionals. Experience in the hotel industry in the same departments will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver engaging and industry-relevant

lectures and practical sessions

in Housekeeping and Front Office Management.

Develop curriculum plans, lesson materials, and lab schedules in alignment with academic standards.

Guide and mentor students on industry trends, professional development, and soft skills.

Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain academic records.

Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, and academic events.

Contribute to curriculum development and innovation based on current industry practices.

Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment encouraging student participation.

Maintain professional relationships with the hospitality industry for training, internships, and placements.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience

in an academic institution.

Strong

theoretical and practical knowledge

of both

Housekeeping and Front Office Operations .

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills .

Proficiency in classroom management and hospitality teaching methodologies.

Hospitality industry experience

in either or both departments is a

plus point .
