Work days : 6 days.

Location : Gurgaon.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Efficient Contracts Management : Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various contracts including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Master Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation & Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc.
• Banking related arrangement : Assist with the review and closure of various banking needs and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc.
• Other arrangements : Arrangements for software license and AI development, real estate,related party transactions, employment & labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc.
• Transactional Work : Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger & acquisition, share purchase & shareholders arrangement, operation & management, revenue share arrangements, etc.
• Includes conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard.
• Independent interaction with senior management / HoDs : Interaction with senior management and internal / external clients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure.
