Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, KAM, Partnerships, and Revenue / Growth roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, references, talent mapping, competitor research).
Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for business-critical roles.
Drive structured interview processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and process efficiency.
Negotiate offers, manage compensation benchmarking, and close candidates effectively.
Maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health and hiring SLAs.
Collaborate with HR and TA leadership to enhance employer branding for revenue-focused roles.
