Support Engineer, India

As a Support Engineer, you will tackle complex database and infrastructure issues, delving into SQL query optimization, Linux system configurations, Kubernetes workloads, and distributed systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams, including development, product, and infrastructure, to resolve critical customer issues while continuously improving support processes. Accountabilities

As a Support Engineer, you will :

• Provide technical support via email and live channels to enterprise customers, addressing complex issues, bug diagnosis, and outage resolution.
• Investigate, reproduce, and report product issues while submitting formal bug reports or feature requests to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, sales engineers, and technical account managers—to ensure coordinated issue resolution.
• Improve support processes, create run-books, and author internal or public documentation to enhance team efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, to provide reliable support coverage.
• Ensure every customer interaction delivers a positive support experience.
