#ARM is in its 12th year of operations with a strong team of 200 people and growing, with offices in Delhi and Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing platforms (suggesting relevant networks, platforms as per the client

product line) Should have existing relationships in the market

  • Working on pitches inclusive of decoding the brief, strategy input and presentation making skills
  • Campaign tracking, competition mapping, sharing insights and recommendations
  • Maintain and develop relationships across the roster of clients
  • Ability to present the data and handle client queries , should have good communication skills
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities
  • and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactic
