The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the e-commerce sector and will be responsible for managing our online presence, optimizing sales channels, and driving digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and inventory across e-commerce channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases.
- Stay updated with e-commerce best practices and emerging technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.Strong understanding of online retail, customer behavior, and e-commerce platforms.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Education
