Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced test automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Playwright, TypeScript, and Cypress, and a strong background in quality assurance strategy, automation architecture, and continuous integration. This role involves leading automation initiatives, mentoring team members, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable software and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and Cypress.
• Lead end-to-end test automation efforts for web applications across functional, regression, and integration test suites.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to integrate testing within CI / CD pipelines and ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
• Define and drive quality assurance strategies, standards, and best practices across teams and projects.
• Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed root cause analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation techniques, code quality, and troubleshooting.
• Continuously identify areas of test coverage improvement and introduce tools and techniques to optimize testing efficiency.
• Ensure all automation artifacts are well-documented and version controlled.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation and quality engineering.
