Job descriptionHands-on experience in Automation Testing, Manual Testing Processes & Management, Automated QA (TestComplete) Design, develop, and execute automation and manual test cases. Manage and oversee testing processes to ensure quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Maintain and enhance testing frameworks, particularly using TestComplete. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Adapt to flexible shift schedules as required. Hands-on experience with automation tools, especially TestComplete. Strong understanding of testing processes and QA management. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexibly in different shift timings.
