Kaseya is seeking smart, energetic, and tech-savvy community engagement specialists to join our marketing team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you! As part of this role, you will be responsible for generating, develop, and manage initial business relationships through our marketing programs, inbound leads, managing chat, and outbound prospecting calls. The team has a strong track record of internal progression and promotions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads in US and UK markets. The expected activity level for this position is 80 calls per day
- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to the sales team
- Work closely with Prospects to uncover business needs, understand pains
- Managing chat to drive prospect leads, answer technical product queries, and handle customer queries.
- Work closely with the sales team
- Follow-up Marketing campaigns, Webinar & Event leads
- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the Field Marketing team to help refine marketing communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualification :
Bachelor's or master's degreeExceptional communication skills- both written and verbal- and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects and internal teams1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales roleExperience in selling IT / Cloud-based products / Backup / Security-based products.Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple priorities and projectsGo-getter, or a self-motivated personExperience working on Salesforce and MS Excel / PowerPoint a mustThis is a work from office role If interested and have the relevant experience DM me, or email at or call at M :
