Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to join our Centralized Quality Team as a Sr. Business Quality Specialist . This role involves managing critical quality review for IBPM processes, coordinating specialty queues, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a quality mindset, and the ability to work extended core shifts to support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IBPM Quality Reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the following specialty queues in distribution process :
- ER Securities Quality Review
- Roth in Loan Distributions
- Secured Contracts
- Complex ER Security Clients
- Complex Stock Clients
- Focused Processing (Queue Coordination)
- Implementation Queue
- Institutional Queue
- KSOP / ESOP
- Review and validate Express and IBPM Financials (Distributions and Withdrawals).
- Provide timely feedback and maintain quality documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support cross-functional training initiatives.
Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience as a checker in IBPM processes will be preferred.Strong understanding of checking standards and quality mindset.Proven ability to handle multiple specialty queues and adapt to complex processes in IBPM distribution area.Demonstrated readiness for expanded responsibilities and willingness to work extended core shifts.Ability to train others across multiple queues for knowledge transfer.Additional Information
