Job descriptionLiaise with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, billing, and delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and purchase records in SAP or similar ERP systems. Review, verify, and process invoices in coordination with the finance team. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company billing standards. Follow up on pending approvals, vendor payments, and ensure timely closures. Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements. Support reporting and MIS preparation for management review. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Supply 2–3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or similar ERP tools). Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities.
