JD for Executive / Sr Executive – Marketing
- Coordination and execution of promotional and advertising activities.
- Supporting the Marketing Communications / brand Managers to deliver assigned campaigns, on time within budget and in line with strategic objectives.
- Printing and execution of collaterals.
- Regular feedback and consumer interactions for the campaigns being executed.
- Preparing and sharing a MIS report to manager weekly.,
- Preparing and following a check list for Cross Promotional material availability and Managing branding issues for entire Market.
- Work in correlation with marketing service providers such as digital & offset printers, logistic teams, BTL. Agency Vendors etc to arrive at the best arrangements for the company.
- Negotiations to ensure best rates are shared.
- Observing market trends, latest innovations, competitor tracking.
- Documentation of competitor’s day-today activities (Communication / Signage / running offers / Paper ads / et.c).
