CR3 - Head - Operations - Oil & Gas Refinery

Role Summary :

1. The Head of Operations is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Plant Services, with a primary focus on the Comprehensive Maintenance contract, shutdowns, and specialized services for Clients.

2. This role is responsible for ensuring all operations are carried out in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner, in full compliance with the standards, procedures, and requirements of both client and CR3 India.

3. The Head of Operations is responsible for meeting all Plant Services KPIs for CR3 India, while also ensuring full adherence to statutory and legislative requirements.

4. A key responsibility is driving investment in personnel development and equipment to support the objectives of both client and CR3 India. The role also requires proactive identification and resolution of issues impacting contract performance and mitigating risks to CR3 India. This includes overseeing the delivery of services through an optimally utilized, diverse, multi-skilled workforce, comprising both contract and staff employees, to ensure the long-term sustainability of the maintenance contract.

5. The Head of Operations is expected to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting the use of SMART systems and processes to enhance performance across the contract.

Major Responsibilities (but not limited to it) :

1. Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe manner and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

2. Ensure all work orders are completed on time and to the required quality standard.

3. Ensure continued development of personnel through trade and management training, succession planning and employee development programs for high achievers

4. Drive a high-performance culture

5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

6. Through effective leadership develop and motivate subordinates and employees.

7. Communicate regularly with employees and contractors regarding the business environment and contract performance, goals and initiatives

8. Ensure continued compliance to Client and CR3 policies, standards, legislative, OH&S, environmental and other regulatory requirements.

9. Provide accurate and timely management reporting as required by client and CR India.
