We're Hiring | AVP / VP - Construction Finance

Role Overview

Drive business of the platform by continuously identifying and generating potential leads for debt, Equity, LRD, structured funding, proposals from developers, Hotel Operators, Hotel Owners, Funds and Corporates

Ensure delivery of optimal business revenue & profitability for self and India business
Collaborate with Corporate office and other group companies to optimise business origination and delivery

Networking with developers, Hotel Operators, Hotel Owners, Corporates and Capital providers to get mandates for debt, equity, LRD and structured funding proposals

Networking with lenders and Private Equity funds to ensure smooth processing of proposals

Experince with Banks is preferrable .

Exp 10-15 yrs

Location : Mumbai,Gurgaon & Bangalore
