Key Responsibilities :
- Operate machinery or equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Record production data, such as quantity produced, machine downtime, and materials used.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear protective equipment when required.
- Report malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications & Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification is a plus.Prior experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Willingness to work in shifts, overtime, and in a fast-paced environment.Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials or stand for long periods.Skills Required
