Job description

Your activities

  • Understand client requirements by interacting with both domestic and international customers.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of various projects, working closely with the sales team to ensure proper execution from a technical
  • and commercial standpoint.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, from receiving the customer order to execution. This involves coordinating with production,
  • procurement, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, especially for critical customer orders. This includes tracking milestones
  • such as production stages, testing, and shipment schedules.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for each project, including specifications, customer requirements, approvals, and certifications.
  • Coordinate the preparation of product certification, such as material certificates, inspection reports, and compliance documents,
  • especially for export requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any specific
  • documents required by foreign customers or regulations.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of products to international customers while adhering to customs regulations and export rules.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on project status, challenges, and successes, for both the internal team and
  • customers.
