Experience- 2 to 5 years

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Domestic IT Recruiter.
• Excellent knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, ERP, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
