Agile Project Lead

Location : On-site, Bangalore (Whitefield)

Compensation : 25-35 LPA - Based on experience

At OnlineMed , we’re building the fastest, most reliable, and most trusted way to get a doctor’s note — anywhere in the world. What started with a simple problem (“why is this so hard to get?”) is turning into a product millions of people will rely on.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bring structure, focus, and urgency to our growing team. The right person will be disciplined about execution, clear in communication, and deeply focused on delivering outcomes that matter to customers — not just shipping features.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects across engineering, product, and operations from planning through delivery.
• Implement practical Agile practices that keep us moving quickly without unnecessary overhead.
• Make sure every release is tied to real customer value , not just “tickets completed.”
• Work closely with product and engineering to ensure discovery and delivery happen in parallel.
• Flag risks early, resolve blockers quickly, and keep the team focused on priorities.
• Build simple, effective processes that help the team scale without slowing down.
• Communicate progress clearly to leadership — direct, transparent, and on point.
