About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong foundation in sales and hands-on experience in cold calling and email campaigns . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule meetings or demos.
Execute email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various lead generation channels.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and client information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Stay up to date with company products, services, and market trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
Requirements : 1+ years of experience in sales, with hands-on exposure to cold calling and email campaigns .
Basic understanding of the sales process , lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency with tools such as CRM software, email automation platforms, or LinkedIn.
