Job descriptionManage the recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Promote NoBroker as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing strategies. Represent NoBroker at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events. Ensure a positive candidate experience to strengthen the companys reputation. Develop recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring demands. Analyze market trends to remain competitive in attracting top talent. Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Facilitate the decision-making process for hiring managers by providing detailed candidate evaluations. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and other departments. Facilitate pre-joining engagement activities to maintain candidate interest until the joining date. Maintain proper documentation for all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with labor laws. Update recruitment metrics and reports regularly. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand organizational goals and align hiring strategies. Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges to stakeholders. Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process. Use analytics tools to track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate drop-off rates. Focus on creating a diverse talent pool by promoting inclusive hiring practices. Ensure that hiring processes are unbiased and equitable.
