Job Summary

The Tableau Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and data-driven Tableau dashboards to support business reporting and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports .
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualizations.
  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from multiple data sources.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers .
  • Ensure data integrity, security , and accuracy.
  • Provide user training and documentation .
  • Conduct data analysis to support business initiatives.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Online .
  • Strong knowledge of SQL , relational databases , and data modeling .
  • Experience with data warehouses , ETL tools , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
  • Strong analytical , problem-solving , and communication skills .

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics , or a related field.
