The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and related technologies, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This role demands technical leadership, collaboration, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.️ Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applicationsArchitect and implement robust, scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOpsConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersOptimize application performance and ensure high availabilityIntegrate third-party APIs and servicesMaintain documentation and contribute to technical standards and best practicesStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications : Strong proficiency in Core Java , Java 8+ , and OOP principlesDeep experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , and web servicesExperience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills➕ Preferred Skills : Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plusFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesEducation : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
