About the Role :
At Innovaccer , wer are looking for Director-Customer Growth Marketing and in this role, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives designed to expand Innovaccers footprint within our existing customer base.
In close collaboration with Customer Successwho lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)youll identify whitespace, prioritize strategic accounts, and develop marketing programs that effectively address each customers evolving needs.
By deploying the right channels and tacticsfrom new-form content marketing to event-based engagementyoull build awareness and demand for Innovaccers additional solutions, fueling cross-sell and upsell revenue growth.
A Day in the New Generation Within Existing Whitespace identification & account prioritization to drive generation pipeline within existing customer base.
Collaborative Strategy for Align with Customer Success on customer QBR insights, using those findings to inform tailored marketing campaigns that address specific pain points or growth objectives.
New-Form Content & Thought Oversee the creation of product-focused videos, customer<>product interaction showcases, and webinars that highlight the expanded value our solutions can deliver.
Conferences & Event-Based Devise meeting-generation strategies at healthcare conferences- whether through private executive briefings or VIP experiences - to spark discussions around broader product adoption.
Digital Campaigns & Account-Based Marketing Launch targeted LinkedIn, email, and search campaigns highlighting pain points that can be solved by additional Innovaccer modules or solutions.
Data-Driven Insights & Monitor campaign performance via CRM (e., Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e., Power BI), refining tactics based on user engagement and pipeline progression.
Cross-Functional Collaborate with Product to understand upcoming features and roadmaps, ensuring marketing messages reflect new enhancements that resonate with existing customers.
Customer Advocacy & High-Impact Develop compelling case studies, comparative analyses, and success stories that map real results back to Innovaccers expanding solutions portfolio.
What You & Account Prioritization Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data, interview stakeholders, and map opportunities for & Analytical Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and analytics (Power BI, Tableau); comfort turning data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Work 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, growth marketing, or account-based marketingideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Deep Customer Skilled at collaborating with Customer Success teams to distill QBR feedback into practical marketing initiatives.
Channel Mastery & Campaign Experience driving multi-channel programs (email, webinars, in-app messaging, events) targeting existing customers with relevant solutions.
Exceptional Communication & Adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and distilling complex solutions into clear, resonant marketing messages.
Project & Time Capable of managing multiple campaigns at once while maintaining a results-oriented Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree / MBA preferred.
