Purpose of Job :

Managing / Driving Sales Managers & Responsible for cluster sales target achievement through partnership channels & self-sourcing.

Job Responsibilities :

• Build opportunity landscape, customer, market and competition insights & product strategy for a retail LAS business for the Cluster
• Achieve Budgeted business numbers as per business plan for the cluster
• Achievement of Channel Partner Empanelment target for the cluster
• Build team of BSM for the cluster as per the budget allocated
• Identify and build relationship with Channel Partners
• Collaboration & effective engagement with internal stakeholders (Product, Credit & Operations)
• Develop retail LAS product management skills for self & ensure team training
