Cluster Sales Manager - Loan Against Securities

Purpose of Job :

Managing / Driving Sales Managers & Responsible for cluster sales target achievement through partnership channels & self-sourcing.

Job Responsibilities :

Build opportunity landscape, customer, market and competition insights & product strategy for a retail LAS business for the Cluster

Achieve Budgeted business numbers as per business plan for the cluster

Achievement of Channel Partner Empanelment target for the cluster

Build team of BSM for the cluster as per the budget allocated

Identify and build relationship with Channel Partners

Collaboration & effective engagement with internal stakeholders (Product, Credit & Operations)

Develop retail LAS product management skills for self & ensure team training

Experience :

8 -12 years of relevant experience in Capital market, Mutual Fund, Equity broking industry & distribution houses into financial services

Experience in loan against securities & exposure to digital lending process in loan against securities is preferred
