Japanese Project Manager (Urgent Search)

Job descriptionProject Management Institute Certifications (PMP, CAPM or ACP) and / or PSM certifications (I, II or III) Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, ITIL and P&C / Life Insurance domain knowledge
Must-Have
- JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
- Must have 6 to 10 years of Project Management experience in ADM projects
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Software development life cycle (SDLC) as well as Project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and execution capabilities
- Good hands on experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project Plan, Gantt Charts, JIRA, Anaplan, Selenium
- Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer stakeholders (Business & IT), 3rd Party vendors, Onsite and Offshore teams
- Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
