Designation – Assistant Vice President Operations Job Location – Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Open Positions : 01 Nos (Candidates from the CCTV / Surveillance, Access Control, Smart / Safe City Projects, IT Networking, and Hardware fields are highly preferred) About the Company eSec Security Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading system integrator specializing in the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IP-based surveillance systems CCTV, access control solutions, intrusion detection systems, AI / ML solutions and other advanced security solutions under the ICT digitization framework. eSec has successfully executed many projects nationwide, including Safe / Smart City initiatives and various large-scale government and enterprise projects. Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including airports, corporate offices, renewable energy, power and transmission, ports, manufacturing, and educational institutions and many more. Job Responsibilities Ability to manage a large team. Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirements Strong people management skills with the ability to set / get alignment toward a direction Design an effective service delivery model, align systems and resources To formulate plans / practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy. Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities. Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matched Hosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns. Requirement Proven working experience in Operations Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations. Assertive and clear style of communication. Education Qualification Qualification- BE / M.Sc. (EC) / (IT) with a Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations MBA / PMP certification would be preferred.
