Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential business clients and set high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is skilled in outbound communication, understands B2B sales processes, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team with key decision-makers.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Research and identify target companies and relevant stakeholders based on ideal customer profiles.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture early-stage prospects until they're sales-ready.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs such as appointments booked, calls made, and conversion rates.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment Generation, or Pre sales (SaaS or tech industry is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection.Must have experience in serving Bant Campaign, AVM Campaign across the globe.Skills Required
