Job description

Hiring For : Assistant Manager – Accounts

Location : Envision Technology Center, Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bangalore

Mode of Work : Work from Office – Mandatory

Experience Level :

  • Experience – 2+ Years – apart from articleship training.
  • Should be a quick and eager learner

Educational Qualification :

Mandatory :

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Semi Qualified CA or CMA be an advantage.
  • Job Description :

  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss
  • statements, and cash flow statements. (As per GAAP)

  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends.
  • Preparation and review of TDS & GST reconciliation, ensuring compliance with all
  • relevant laws and regulations.

  • Filing all the monthly and annual returns under GST and other Indirect Taxes
  • within the statutory due dates and ensuring compliance.

  • Prepare & review monthly MIS reports according to Management requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and ensure accurate filing of GST
  • returns incorporating the changes.

  • Managing / reviewing daily accounting activities, including journal entries,
  • reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

  • Consolidate financial statements across departments or business units.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring all required documentation
  • is accurate.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial
  • regulations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and
  • improve efficiency

  • Timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring the quality
  • of work.

  • Preparation of the data for the debt partners in required formats.
  • Assisting in preparation as well as maintenance loan related documents along with the
  • checklist.

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and Saral TDS for effective data
  • management and reporting.

  • Handling payment processing, beneficiaries management, keeping KYC
  • updated and relationships with the banks.

  • Coordination with the debt partners to timely share various certificates
  • monthly as well quarterly intervals as per the loan requirements
