Job Title : Senior Finance Analyst - Business Partnering, Technology Finance Center of Excellence

Location : Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team : The Financial Services division, led by the Group CFO, partners with all areas of the Commonwealth Bank Group to provide financial control functions and specialist advice on financial management and strategy. This advice covers finance, audit, treasury, investor relations, security and property.

Technology delivers the Group's information technology and banking operations functions to ensure the highest levels of customer service through world-class process excellence and technology innovation.

Technology partners with all areas of CommBank, including Financial Services to provide specialist advice on financial management and strategy. This advice covers finance, audit, treasury, investor relations, security, general procurement and property.

Technology Finance is responsible for the provision of financial management services to the Technology Business Unit. The team works closely with Technology customers to help them understand their technology costs and delivery of current and future strategic and financial plans, and drive transformation activities. The Centre of Excellence team has been established to improve the team's value proposition via uplifting the standard and business outcome for core finance processes through driving digitization and automation.

Impact& Contribution : You will be part of the Finance Centre of Excellence capability in Technology Finance. As a Business Partner supporting the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will be contributing to the business priorities by providing insight and supporting stakeholders with financial outcomes related to expense management and commercials of Technology. Your primary roles are to :

• Support the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) and where required for Run BAU expenses
• Provide insights, analysis and advice in relation to past and future financial performance
• Provide robust financial control and effective management reporting
• Provide decision support and reporting for Technology strategic initiatives and investment programs.
• Develop and deliver meaningful insights to drive better business outcomes and provide commercial support, including cost optimisation and simplification.
• Provide guidance and advice to the business leaders on the financial performance of the business, the financial plans and forecasts and the financial impacts of change initiatives.
