• We are looking for someone who can effectively understand the hiring needs of our clients and suggest relevant candidates from our talent pool.
• Our ideal candidate will be able to onboard clients and ensure they understand how best to use our platform.
• This role also involves managing candidate status and communication on our applicant tracking system.
• The successful candidate will evaluate and act upon client feedback at every stage to enhance their experience with us.
• We are looking for someone who can oversee the complete recruitment cycle for clients and maximize hires.
• Negotiation skills are essential in this role as you will need to negotiate key offers made with candidates and clients to minimize dropouts.
• You will be responsible for helping with interview coordination between client and candidate.
• This role requires strong organizational skills to update pertinent information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis.
