Marketing Promotions Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Promotions Manager to support regional market strategies and functional modules. The ideal candidate will leverage ceramic industry expertise to enhance brand presence, distributor engagement, showroom performance, and overall sales growth in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for ceramic products in Ghana and the wider West African market.
• Drive showroom development : construction, maintenance, product sample display, visual merchandising, and showroom management.
• Plan and manage advertising initiatives (shop banners, promotional visuals, campaigns).
• Support distributors and customers in planning and executing promotion activities to drive sales.
• Conduct showroom checks and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align promotional campaigns with business goals.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, designers, artisans, and industry stakeholders.
