We’re Hiring : Performance Marketing Manager

Brand Visage Communications is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute ROI-driven paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROAS / Leads

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a daily basis

Develop strategies for lead generation and conversions

Stay updated with performance marketing trends and platform updates

Work closely with creative and account management teams to achieve client goals

Requirements :

2–4 years of relevant experience in a Digital Marketing Agency

Proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Gurgaon-based candidates preferred

Location : Gurgaon
