Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Reporting and Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data manipulation and visualization
• Knowledge of HR data governance principles and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
