Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draftsman – Mechanical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed mechanical drawings, designs, and specifications using AutoCAD. This role is ideal for a mechanical engineering professional with a strong background in enclosure design and drawing, preferably in the electrical / electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical drawings, designs, and specifications using AutoCAD
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of mechanical systems and components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and drawing accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and engineers
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical design and drafting

Requirements : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical Minimum 7 years of total experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Enclosure Design and Drawing using AutoCAD, preferably in the Electrical / Electronics industry Experience in Fabrication will be an added advantage
