Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer (in the electronics / electrical industry ) located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical parts—cabinets, enclosures, sub-assemblies, sheet metal and plastic parts, fasteners, etc.—for power electronics manufacturing using CAD software. Core competencies include :

• Enclosure design
• Thermal design for air- and water-cooled systems
• Bus bar design

The role also involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects from conception to completion, liaising with supply chain stakeholders to innovate new solutions, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
